Status of Professor Xavier

I just wanted to let everyone know the professor woke up a little while ago; he's all right, but exhausted. Please give him some time before attempting a visitation. Dr. Voght is threatening to enforce it.

Apocalypse

Apocalypse is now in SHIELD custody, charged with a list of crimes that took most of the field office to write it all up. It'll be a while before he goes to trial anywhere; there's overlapping jurisdictions involved, and they won't move him until they've got a solid analysis of his powers so he can't pose a danger to the court or be an escape risk. Safe to say, it's very unlikely he'll be anywhere other than a cell for the rest of his life.
