Please note that I never explicitly stated that I would be the novice at the table, only that there would be one; I spoke to Bobby this morning about joining us, and, not having partially financed his college education with his poker winnings, he is comparatively inexperienced.
Besides, "could you show me how to play?" is the oldest trick in the book of card sharpery; if all of you had fallen for it, I would have had to speak with the Professor about re-evaluating the quality of education at this institution. ;)
