I think I have not managed to speak to everyone that I would like, but I have run out of time, it seems, and so I thought this would be the best way to tell you all goodbye. I will be leaving tonight for France. Stay safe, my friends. Au revoir.

You might want to introduce yourself around to not just the neighbors but the people who own the businesses across from his place. Jean-Paul was something of a fixture in the neighborhood and I don't think you want people calling either the cops or me and Lucas telling us that a woman has broken into our friend's apartment while he's out of town and seems to be squatting here. I can take you around to the people who know him best nearby and introduce you if you want.

Not a fixture, I think. But the woman at the Chinese restaurant knows my order by heart. Perhaps drop by to tell her she does not need to deliver it tomorrow night. I had forgotten.

Why would I do that? Unless you have unnatural tastes. Like chicken feet or duck eggs.

He gets around a fair bit and most of XFI is pretty well known around the neighborhood. People know we'll help them if they need it so they tend to keep an eye out for us.
