Plans for the Field Trip.
We leave around 10 pm Friday night, meaning we'll be landing Saturday morning.
Get to the airport around 7 pm to make sure we can get all of our stuff through customs and the like. It's pretty much a private flight, though, so we shouldn't have any problems.
Saturday is the off day. I'll be taking Rahne home for a while, anyone who wants to join us may. If not, you can poke around the facilities or have Dr. Campbell take you into one of the bigger cities. The rest of the time will be divided up between you lot meeting my students and helping me essentially close parts of the Center down.
This will entail hiding equipment and rescuing all my notes. My students will still be taught there, Dr. Campbell and I are going to be setting up something between the two of us.
Don't be surprised when we go to Muir to find a castle sitting there. *grins* That's Muir Island Research Facilities.
What you'll want to bring:
Entertainment for the plane. Books, CD players, MP3 players, that sort of thing. I'm sure the rest of the professor's will say homework. ;)
Obviously clothes, I don't want to explain a whole bunch of nake students to Rory. Pack for colder weather, kids, remember this is Scotland in September.
Spending money. I'm buying you food, transportation and lodging, I'm sure you can scrape up the rest.
The rest is up to you.
