greet the sun...
Hey all,
Rogue's Tagore kick got me thinking and I've been rereading the Tao Te Ching, so the Professor and I are going to be starting up Tai Chi morning excersizes. Anyone who's up that early, or any of the Insomniacs Annoymous club who haven't made it to bed yet, feel free to come join us at sunrise tomorrow.
That's 5:31 am, local time.
We'll probably be on the front lawn, since that's got the least trees to impeed the view, unless the Professor has a better idea.
You should all come. It's a great way to start the day, and you'll feel great for it.
(Don't worry
x_rogue, I'll go to bed earlier than usual to catch up on sleep...)

Might join in now and then. Are you planning to do that every morning or on alternating days?
Re:
Re:
Why not alternate with one morning session one day, and then an afternoon/evening session the other? That'd give people the chance to join up depending on their schedules too.
Re:
I was just thinking mornings because I've always loved the Greet the Sun, but, especially as dawn will be coming earlier and earlier every day, having an afternoon option would be excellent.
Plus I'd get more sleep...

Re:
Thank you, and feel free. It's definitely good for centering and getting your mind in order.

So I'll join in too! I mean, why not, right?

Re:
At least Tai Chi is quiet so you can sleep through it.
