Well, damn!

Something happened to the plane tickets. We'll actually leave Sunday night. *sigh* Sorry about that, everyone, apparently there's a large cheese and clown festival going on...

Don't ask me, I'm just Scottish and just live there.

But because of the delay, I'll be extending the trip till the next weekend.

. . . Actually that works out great, Ms. Blaire is doing a concert Saturday and some of us in music class are opening for her, and I've been kinda bumbling along getting ready for both without realizing that being in Scotland and New York at the same time would be kinda tough even for me.

People Covered in Fish (which looks like it's going to be the actual name) is from Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. It's not a band name, it's one of the names considered by one of the Four Bikers of the Apocalypse (who sort of follow the Horsemen around after meeting them in a bar.) The Band with Rocks In is from Soul Music by Terry Pratchett.

Jeans, t-shirts, but plan to bring a few sweaters or light jackets and prepare for rain. It's a very damp, very wet September.
