Greetings, I hope you all had a happy and restful holiday season and are anticipating the next year with optimism.

I have a small announcement to make. As a result of my stroke three years ago, I find it necessary to have regular treatment at the Muir Island facility. Until now, I have commuted to Scotland in order to have those treatments. However, I have decided this year to relocate to Muir Island, both for my health and as a semi-retirement. I say "semi" as I plan to assist Dr. MacTaggart with her patients. I also plan to continue my sessions with those who have requested my help, via electronic means, having discussed this decision with them already.

With regards to the Institute and the mansion, I leave the running of both in the capable hands of my former students. I will always be available for advice and assistance, and I will always be a teleport away. You also will be seeing me from time-to-time, as I plan to make occasional visits to not only 'check up' on things, but to enjoy the company of those whom I consider family - all of you within these walls.

I wish you all the best of luck with your enterprises this year, and I know you will continue to make me proud. I intend to make my departure by the end of the month, and will be available until then to assist in the transition.
