In the interests of security
Apr. 20th, 2004 11:11 amWhile the security system in the mansion does not require logins or passcodes to get in and out, it does track key usage. If you're going to leave the mansion for over a week, please let myself or Mr. Lee know so that we can account for the keys on the entry log.
Also, with the weather clearing up, the storm windows will be coming down in a month or so. Like I stated before, although you may have ideas about climbing in and out of windows for late-night cigarette breaks or romantic liaisons, I may remind you that not all of you can fly or stick to walls, and that after-hours, the security system IS armed and may go off if you're using the windows as an entrance/exit. Also - the mansion has both a pond and a cove on the north end of the property. These serve as a mosquito haven in the summer months. Please leave your screens on the windows. If this interferes with your smoking - let me remind you that the mansion is a non-smoking building, and that there are areas outside on the porches and patios for your filthy cancer stick addiction.
The second weekend of May, the storm windows will come down. I'll be asking for volunteers around then, and Mr. Lee will be reconfiguring the security system to reflect the changes.
Any further questions or comments can be directed to me, or left in my mail slot in the kitchen.

Sounds about right to me. the alarms won't go off if you pop through the walls inside, but they're still active for the outside walls. Fair enough?
