I've been asked to speak at a conference during the first week in December, in Tokyo. Unusually, the conference organizers have also issued an invitation to any of the staff or students who would also like to attend. I thought this would perhaps be a unique opportunity for a field trip. Japan has a very complex and fascinating culture, and as the last international field trip went so well, I feel reasonably secure in believing that this one will, as well.

If you would be interested in such a trip, please let me know, here or in whichever fashion you choose. We do need numbers for the flight and hotel.
