Given that I rarely bake and don't have a favorite pie of my own, I thought it best to take a couple of suggestions on what kind I should make for the 4th. I'm willing to make up to four different kinds so we should have a good variety. Scott requested strawberry pie and I think it would be unpatriotic of me to leave out apple so that leaves two open spots.

Oh yes, another vote for blueberry. They're so firm and sweet and luscious, and I do just love the lavish purple they paint one's lips and tongue.
