I thought I'd test bake some pies, just to get a feel for the ovens. However, that means I require taste testers. So despite my fear of being trampled in a mad rush, I'm going to take a huge risk.

I was actually thinking of those helmets the Germans wore in the latter part of WWI and throughtout WWII with the flat top and sloped back--probably the best design for a military helmet in the history of warfare.

But then history has never been my strong point.
