It's kind of a cool name, actually.

Vans are leaving at 3pm. Make sure you're on it. Each of you has a pack with your name on it in the front lobby. It contains the supplies you'll need for the weekend. Remember, this is a weekend in a national park, so consider that before you try and chuck a laptop in your bag. You'll be the one carrying everything you want to bring.

For those who have declined, I'd suggest you find someone to explain to you what the word 'mandatory' means in the e-mail. According to Webster's, 'mandatory' is 'containing or constituting a command, enforced by an 8-foot tall engine of destruction currently serving as a caretaker at a New York state private school'.

See you all in a couple of hours.
