In an effort to make some foods from back home for my little sister, I have accidentally found myself in possession of.....several dozen more jars of pickled vegetables than I need.

If anyone would like some pickled carrots, cauliflower, beets, cucumbers (aka normal pickles), red onion, asparagus, raddish, or garlic..... please let me know and please come take it from me.

Come by and see what all I’ve got left- I’ll be honest I ain’t kept the best track of what’s actually left. I do now own my own canning set up and have plenty of recipes if you ever wanna make more with me

Goodness, I haven't done any canning since I left for college. I'll be by in a few, flight leaves pretty early so I want to get to bed at a decent hour.
