I am aware that I do not entirely understand the situation, Professor, but shouldn't somebody go and bring the delinquents back? After violating both school rules and the law, do you really think they will return under their own free will?

Dr. Essex would likely see any attempt to retrieve them as a hostile act, and I do not care to send my students against the military. Whether they realize it or not, he holds them hostage.

I will, however, be monitoring their location. If the situation changes, we may have other options.
