I'm not going to sit here with a thumb up my arse and do nothing while she's there. So I'm going after her, with or without permission, and bringing her back.

I don't know how many, but Grey Crow's bad news all on his own. Essex had him giving Sarah combat training for awhile back there... and he's military.

She mentioned something about going after him, but I thought at least she'd take Shinobi...

I can appreciate not wanting to sit around and do nothing while Sarah goes off to likely get herself killed. I'm not close to her at all, but I know that I'd feel the same if Jamie, Kitty, or Angie were going off and doing something spectacularly idiotic.

That being said, have we not learned our lesson about posting things publicly where the adults can see it? Does the brouhaha over the whole underage drinking thing ring a bell? You should have at _least_ posted this in the kids' community, and even then there's no guarantees Doc McCoy couldn't have a backdoor to keep an eye out for lunacy just like this. With this journal system, assume the people you least want to see something (in this case, the adults) will see it.

I hope she doesn't get killed just as much as you do, but running off half-cocked solves nothing.

I see there's been some backing off going on, which is good, but let me just be really clear. Two bouts of idiocy do not good strategy make. None of you, and I'm including Sarah, have the skills or experience to do anything but get yourself hurt or killed in a situation like this. The fact that some of you would consider this, for even a second, blows my mind. And here I was, treating some of you like adults who at least had a half a clue as to how to survive the last of your adolescence.

No one said it was strategy. It was just panic, and for me at least, the worst of it's gone now, and there's just worry. If we'd got to the point when we'd been thinking straight and still wanted to go, then there would have been strategy.
